Exchange Criteria
Eyewear can be exchanged within 1 year of purchase if it meets any of the following:
Wrong item received
Prescription discomfort
Manufacturing defects
What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?
All claims are subject to final assessment by the Sunnies Studios team and must not be due to natural wear and tear.
Frame Issues
- Incorrect print, color, or surface finish
- Poor or incorrect assembly
- Incomplete Parts
- Incomplete parts or structure
- Frame warping
Tarnishing or rusting (must be reported within 6 months)
Lens Issues
- Poor or uneven coating
- Hazy, discolored, or darkened lenses
- Faulty adaptive lens function
- Lens peeling
How to exchange your product
For store and online orders, you may bring products back to any Sunnies Studios store.
In-Store Exchanges
Bring your item to a Sunnies Studios store with its original packaging and receipt. Exchanges must be made in the country of purchase.

Store Exclusions: Department Stores, Island Souvenirs, and Fashion Racks locations.

Waived Claims
The following are not eligible for exchange under the Sunnies Guarantee
- Change of mind
- Damage from mishandling or natural wear and tear
- Lenses based off an existing prescription not issued by our doctors
- Frame discoloration due to acidic skin
- Damage from unauthorized frame repair modification or tampering by non-Sunnies personnel
- Damage resulting from not following Sunnies Studios' care and usage guidelines
- Anti-Rad frames converted to prescription lenses
- Final sale items
Exchange Policy
The Sunnies Guarantee offers a one-time exchange policy applicable to purchases made through any Sunnies Studios store or channel, which include:
- Website
- Brand-owned channels
Reminders
- Bring the original packaging and receipt.
- If your replacement item costs more than the original product you'll need to pay the difference (e.g. customizing your lenses or exchanging a discounted frame for a regular-priced one).
- If your original lenses are no longer available we'll offer the closest available variant.
- Exchanges are not eligible for partial refunds. If the replacement item costs less than the original you may add any in-store item to match the difference.
In addition to our Sunnies Guarantee, we offer extra protection for your prescription glasses starting at only PHP 365
Accidental Damage Coverage
With Sunnies 365 Care, your prescription glasses are covered for up to one year against accidental damage from frame to lens, up to the full package price.
You may file multiple claims under Sunnies 365 Care, provided they meet the following criteria:

Additionally, the following are not covered by Sunnies 365 Care:
- Intentional damage or damage due to negligence
- Damage due to mishandling from non-Sunnies personnel
- Cosmetic wear &tear (eyewear still usable)
- Lens peeling
Note: Sunnies 365 Care is not applicable to Sun, Anti-Rad Eyewear, or Readers. It is currently only available upon purchasing an prescription glasses package in-store.

Once submitted, you may visit a participating Sunnies Studios store, where our staff will assess your eyewear and claim based on the policy's terms. Repairs will also be processed in-store. Excluding department stores and airport stores.
Coverage Breakdown
- Claims that meet our coverage criteria will result in the repair of damaged parts by replacement with new components ensuring the eyewear is restored to functional condition.
- The total insured amount will be based on the final purchase price of the eyewear. In the event that a claim exceeds the remaining balance of your coverage you will be responsible for paying the excess amount.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Each Sunnies Flask includes a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
We will replace any eligible product found to be defective with a comparable product that is in stock. This does not include damages caused by customer mishandling (drops, scratches, dents) or natural wear and tear.
Customers must sign up to Sunnies Club to enjoy the Sunnies Limited Lifetime Warranty. You may refer to the how to exchange your product section for any defects encountered.
This limited warranty only applies to purchases made on the following channels:

- Sunnies Studios stores
