Eyewear can be replaced within *1 year in the event that the products being considered for return or exchange meet the following criteria:
- Wrong item received
- Discomfort with lens grade and/or lens upgrades after a 1-week adjustment period, but within 1 month – so long as the prescription given was provided by our resident eye doctors or the incorrect prescription was applied to lenses
- Manufacturing defects and quality issues that include the following:

Frame quality issues:
- Incorrect print
- Incorrect surface
- Incorrect color
- Incorrect assembly
- Incomplete parts
- Incorrect structure
- Poor assembly
- Warping or deforming the frame
- Tarnishing or rusting - *reported within 6 months

Lens quality issues:
- Poor or uneven lens coating
- Hazy, discolored, or dark lens
- Faulty adaptive lens function
- Lens peeling
Must not be due to natural wear & tear. All claims are subject to final assessment by the Sunnies Studios team.
How to exchange your product
For store and online orders*, you may bring products back to any Sunnies Studios store**. If you prefer to process the return online, you can get in touch with our customer experience team by sending an email to help@sunniesstudios.com with the information listed below:
- Subject Line: Returns [Order ID Number]
- Include the following details in your email:
- Name
- Order Number
- Why you’re not happy with your purchase
- A photo or video of your order
Once we’ve received your return request, our team will verify your request. After approval, you’ll receive a gift card code amounting to your original purchase including shipping which you can use to re-order on our website.
*Returns made in-store but purchased online also requires customers to send an email to help@sunniesstudios.com with the above information before confirmation to visit the store.
**Excluding stores in department stores, Island Souvenirs and Fashion Rack
Terms and Conditions
Any and all claims to Sunnies Guarantee will be waived in the event that the products being considered for return or exchange meet the following criteria:
- Damages caused by customer mishandling or natural wear and tear
- Lenses based off existing prescription
- Discoloration of frame due to acidic skin
- Failure to follow Sunnies Studios team's recommendations regarding the product's usage, maintenance, and other instructions provided
- Anti-Rad frames converted to prescription eyewear
- Frame replacement for products marked as final sale
We offer a one-time return and exchange policy in all Sunnies Studios stores and channels which include:
- Website
- Brand-owned Channels
Products for return must include packaging and receipt.
Please note:
- Customer is required to top up price differences if replacement pair is of higher value than the original, e.g, upgrading to a new lens upgrade, discounted frame to regular items, etc. If original lenses are unavailable, we will offer the closest variant in stock.

Partial refunds will not be accepted e.g, replacement pair is lower than original amount. Customer may add any item from the store to make the replacement amount closer to original purchase amount.

Sunnies 365 Care
In addition to our Sunnies Guarantee, we offer extra protection for your prescription glasses starting at only PHP 365.
With Sunnies 365 Care, your prescription glasses are covered for up to one year against accidental damage—from frame to lens, up to the full package price.
You may file multiple claims under Sunnies 365 Care, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The eyewear has sustained functional damage that renders it unusable (e.g. frame breakage; lens scratches, bubbling, or peeling).
- The damage resulted from an unforeseen or unintended event that occurred beyond the user’s control, including but not limited to accidental drops or impact, natural disasters, and extreme environmental exposure.
Claims that meet our coverage criteria will result in the repair of damaged parts by replacement with new components, ensuring the eyewear is restored to functional condition.
The total insured amount will be based on the final purchase price of the eyewear. In the event that a claim exceeds the remaining balance of your coverage, you will be responsible for paying the excess amount.
Additionally, the following are not covered by Sunnies 365 Care:
- Intentional damage or damage due to negligence
- Damage due to mishandling from non-Sunnies personnel
- Cosmetic wear & tear (eyewear is still usable)
Note: Sunnies 365 Care is not applicable to Sun, Anti-Rad Eyewear, or Readers.

How to File a Claim under Sunnies 365 Care:
All claims will be filed on our partner insurer’s online platform. You will need to provide a clear chronology of the incident, photos of the damaged eyewear, and any other supporting documents.
Once submitted, you may visit a participating Sunnies Studios store*, where our staff will assess your eyewear and claim based on the policy’s terms. Repairs will also be processed in-store.

Lifetime Upkeep of Frames
We do what we can to make customers’ products feel good as new. Customers may visit any Sunnies Studios store and have their eyewear repaired. Free services include:
- Lens and frame cleaning
- Nose pads and screw replacements
- Frame adjustments
- Lens insertion
- Lens transfer
- Nylon replacement
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Each Sunnies Flask includes a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
We will replace any eligible product found to be defective with a comparable product that is in stock. This does not include damages caused by customer mishandling (drops, scratches, dents) or natural wear and tear.
Damage such as corrosion or pitting caused by leaving beverages inside the flask for extended periods—especially acidic or dairy-based drinks—is not covered, as it results from improper care. We always recommend washing your flask thoroughly after each use to maintain its quality.
Customers must sign up to Sunnies Club to enjoy the Sunnies Limited Lifetime Warranty. You may refer to the how to exchange your product section for any defects encountered.
This limited warranty only applies to purchases made on the following channels:

Sunnies Flask with engraving are not eligible for returns, exchanges, and cash on delivery payments.
