What's your warranty policy?

We designed your Sunnies to go the distance. And if they don’t—we’ll make it right. If you’ve received the wrong item, or are experiencing quality issues, just bring your pair to any Sunnies Studios store within 1 year of purchase, along with the complete packaging and receipt.

Do you offer repair services?

With our Lifetime Upkeep of Frames, customers may visit any Sunnies Studios store for eyewear cleaning and minor repairs. Free services include:

  • Lens and frame cleaning
  • Nose pads and screw replacements
  • Frame adjustments
  • Lens insertion
  • Lens transfer
  • Nylon replacement



If you’d like extra protection for your prescription glasses, we also offer a 1 year coverage plan against accidental damage with Sunnies 365 Care.

What is the difference between sunnies sunnies guarantee and sunnies 365 care?

Sunnies Guarantee is inclusive with all eyewear purchases. If you’ve received the wrong item, or are experiencing quality issues, you may exchange it within 1 year of purchase. All items must be returned in the original selling condition with complete packaging (stickers, tags, hard case, sac, etc) and receipt.

Sunnies 365 Care is available solely for prescription glasses at an additional cost. It's a comprehensive plan that protects against accidental damage for a full year—from frame to lens, up to the full package price.
