What is sunnies 365 care?

With Sunnies 365 Care, you’re covered for up to one year against accidental damage – from frame to lens, up to the full package price.

What does sunnies 365 care cover?

It covers accidental damage to your prescription frame and lenses up to their full purchase price. Coverage is limited to functional damage that renders the eyewear unusable, such as frame breakage and lens scratches, bubbling, and peeling.

How much does sunnies 365 care cost?

The plan starts at Sunnies PHP 365, but varies depending on the final price of the prescription package purchased.

Where can i purchase sunnies 365 care?

It is currently only available upon purchasing an optical package in-store.

I have existing prescription glasses from sunnies studios. can i still purchase sunnies 365 protection for them?

No, Sunnies 365 Care is only available upon purchase of an optical package at select Sunnies Studios stores. Feel free to reach out—we’d be happy to recommend a store near you that offers Sunnies 365 Care!

Can i purchase sunnies 365 protection for sun, anti-rad eyewear or readers?

No, Sunnies 365 Protection is only applicable to our prescription glasses.

What is the process of filing a claim under sunnies 365 protection?

All claims must first be filed on sunnies-claims.qoala.ph within 5 days from the incident. You will need to provide a clear chronology of the incident, photos of the damaged eyewear, and any other supporting documents.

Once submitted, you may visit any participating Sunnies Studios store, where our staff will assess the eyewear and claim based on the policy’s terms. The repairs needed will also be processed in-store according to our standard lead times.

Is there any cost involved in making a claim?

Sunnies 365 Protection allows multiple claims up to the full purchase price. In the event that a claim exceeds the remaining balance of your coverage, you will be responsible for paying the excess amount.

How are damaged glasses repaired under sunnies 365 care?

Depending on the extent of the damage, broken parts will be replaced with new components, ensuring the eyewear is restored to functional condition.

Damaged frames will be replaced with the same model. If the original model is no longer available, it will be replaced with a comparable one.

Damaged lenses will be replaced with the same prescription and upgrades as what is registered under your policy. Change of grade is only applicable under our Sunnies Guarantee.

Are there any exclusions to sunnies 365 care? what if i lost my glasses?

Intentional damage or damage due to negligence, unauthorized repairs, and cosmetic wear & tear are not covered by Sunnies 365 Care.

What if my claim gets rejected

If we determine that the claim does not meet our coverage criteria, or if there are concerns about the honesty of the claim, we will not be able to proceed with the repair. In such cases, we recommend purchasing new prescription glasses.

Can i transfer my sunnies 365 care policy to someone else?

Sunnies 365 Care is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser and corresponding product.

Can i cancel my sunnies 365 care policy?

Sunnies 365 Care is non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel your Sunnies 365 Care policy, a refund will not be issued.

What is the difference between sunnies sunnies guarantee and sunnies 365 care

Sunnies Guarantee is inclusive with all eyewear purchases. If you’ve received the wrong item, or are experiencing quality issues, you may exchange it within 1 year of purchase. All items must be returned in the original selling condition with complete packaging (stickers, tags, hard case, sac, etc) and receipt.

Sunnies 365 Care is available solely for prescription glasses at an additional cost. It's a comprehensive plan that protects against accidental damage for a full year—from frame to lens, up to the full package price.
