Orders & Shipping

How do i place an order?

For sunglasses and merch: select which item you want to purchase, add to cart, and check out!


For prescription eyewear, we will need a copy of your prescription:​

  • If you've shopped with us before, you can use a prescription from your past records using the same email address you used in any of our stores. ​
  • If you're a new customer, grab a copy of your prescription and fill in the required details (we’ve also created a Prescription Guide to help you out).​
  • After picking your frame of choice, select the type of lenses and upgrades you want and add. Learn more about our lenses here.​

How long does it take to process prescription eyewear orders?

Prescription eyewear with standard single vision lenses will be processed within 24 hours. Those with customized lenses such as Prescription Tints, Bifocals, and Progressives lenses will take a minimum of 12 business days to process.​

Please note that all purchases under the same order number will be shipped and delivered together.​ ​

How long does shipping take?

Metro Manila orders can be shipped within the same day from Monday-Saturday, while provincial orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in the business day count.

Where do you ship to?

We ship nationwide. Send us a message if you want to confirm.

How much does shipping cost?

We deliver anywhere in the Philippines for a flat rate of P150 for orders under P1,995, and we offer free delivery for orders over P1,995.

How can i track my order?

We’ll provide you with a tracking number through your email after your order has been processed and shipped out, so you can keep track of its status and when it's up for delivery.​

Can i edit my order after payment?

If you've changed your mind or made a mistake with your order, you can still edit it as long as it has not yet been processed by our team. Please reach out to us immediately by clicking the "Support" button at the lower right portion of the website.


Prescription eyewear is a bit tricky to change, but email us immediately so we can try and do something about it. Don't forget to include the following details:



    1. Name
    2. Email Address
    3. Order ID
    4. Date of Purchase
    5. Payment Method
    6. Attachments (Photo of Item, Correct Prescription, etc.)
Can i change my shipping address after payment?​

Please send us a message, so we can contact our courier partner.​

  • If your package hasn't been shipped out yet, we can assist you in changing your shipping address. ​
  • If your package has been shipped out, we’ll do our best to help you, but take note that it will take a while to reroute it.



To avoid any problems with delivery, please double check your shipping address before confirming your order.

    Can i order online and pick it up in-store?

    No, as our orders are processed in-house, and we deliver straight from our warehouse.​

    Can i cancel my order?​

    For COD orders, you may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed by our team. Please reach out to us immediately by clicking the "Support" button at the lower right portion of the website or send us an email at help@sunniesstudios.com with the following details:



      1. Name
      2. Email Address
      3. Order ID
      4. Date of purchase
      5. Payment Method
      6. Reason for cancellation ​


    All credit card payments are final.
